What we ask for
- The address the visit happens at
- A name and a mobile number
- The reason for the visit, in your own words
What we never ask for
- Symptoms, to decide what is wrong. We do not do triage.
- Test results or a diagnosis, to book a visit
- Anything about a condition on a web form
Who can see it
- The professional visiting you sees the address and the reason for the visit. Nothing else.
- Every view of a record is logged.
- We do not sell anything about you to anyone.
How long we keep it
- Records you keep here stay until you delete them.
- A record of your prescription is kept for reference.
- Ask us to remove everything and we will.
