Which areas do you cover?

We are starting with areas in and around Chennai. We will provide support if possible beyond that.

How do I know the professional is qualified?

Someone on our team checks their council registration against their certificate, and their ID against their name, before they can take any booking.

Can I choose the nurse myself?

No. We assign a verified professional, and send someone else if the first cannot come.

How do I pay?

We agree the price with you before the visit and tell you how to pay.

Is my information private?

The professional visiting sees the address and the reason for the visit, nothing else. Every view of a record is logged.

What if something goes wrong?

Call or message us. A low rating opens a support case automatically, and someone answers in Tamil or English.
